STOP AIDS Provides free, anonymous/confidential HIV and Hepatitis C testing five days a week at our offices and out in the community at events. We test over 2000 people for HIV or Hepatitis C each year.

Free, Anonymous/Confidential HIV Testing at our offices:

Monday-Thursday 9am to 5pm, Fridays 9am to 12:30pm BY APPOINTMENT – Call 513.421.2437 to schedule.

STOP AIDS offers both anonymous and confidential rapid HIV testing.

• Anonymous testing means that you don't give your name when receiving a free HIV test.
• Confidential testing involves providing your name when testing and this information is kept confidential (not shared with family, friends, others in the community).

The full testing procedure includes providing your consent to have an HIV test conducted with a trained testing counselor. During the collection of the test sample and for the duration of the test the trained testing counselor will discuss ways to reduce risk of HIV exposure and provide information to assist you in educating yourself and those around you about HIV and sexual health.

In addition STOP AIDS offers two types of rapid HIV tests, an oral swab or a finger stick test.

• The oral swab test collects cells from inside of your cheek to test for the presence of HIV anti-bodies in your body. This test takes 20 minutes from beginning to end and has an accuracy of 99.6%.
• The finger stick test utilizes a small amount of blood collected from a finger stick (similar to a blood sugar test) and determines if HIV anti-bodies are present in the blood. This test takes 10 minutes from beginning to end and has an accuracy of 99.7%.
